Former "Bachelor" star Sean Lowe was attacked twice within 12 hours by his newly adopted rescue dog, Moose, leaving him seriously injured and requiring multiple ER visits. The first attack happened when Lowe was wafting smoke from a fire alarm, triggering Moose’s aggression. Moose bit Lowe severely, causing deep wounds that bled heavily. Friends rushed Lowe to the ER, where he received stitches.
The next morning, while sending his kids away for safety, Moose escaped and attacked him again. Lowe, fearing for his life, wrestled the powerful dog to the ground and restrained him until police arrived. After another ER visit, Lowe and his wife decided they could not keep Moose for their family's safety.
Lowe does not blame Moose but believes the dog had past trauma and neurological issues. Despite the attacks, the family is heartbroken over losing Moose, whom they had adopted just months earlier.
